Hearth Remote does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, or phone number for standard use.

• Local data: Device names and connection history stay on your iPhone/iPad.
• Permissions: Local network and nearby device permissions are used only to discover and control TVs/remotes.
• Purchases: Handled by Apple. We only keep a local premium flag on the device.

2. How We Use Information

• Discover and connect to your smart TVs and devices
• Save your preferred devices and settings locally
• Enable premium features after purchase

3. Data Storage & Sharing

All data remains on your device. We do not upload your device list or usage data to our servers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple In-App Purchases may process payments under Apple’s privacy policy.

5. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13.
